Gift wrap is free on every order. We put it in our cream paper bag and write your message by hand. Tick the box in your bag and type the message.
Keep leather out of long spells of direct sun, and wipe off rain with a dry cloth rather than heating it. A little leather balm once or twice a year keeps it soft. Vegetable-tanned pieces darken with use, which is part of their charm.
No. Checkout only asks for your email address and where to send the parcel.
It still works: sign in with the same email address and password. If you can't remember the password, message us on WhatsApp and we'll help you back in.
Usually, yes. Send us a photo on WhatsApp (a holiday snap is fine) and we'll tell you what it's called and which colours we have.
